I’ve been a loyal client of Juli’s for over 20 years, and I was sitting in her chair during the situation described in Damien’s review. After witnessing the entire interaction firsthand, I feel it’s important to provide additional context. This was clearly a miscommunication about the booking. The appointment had been scheduled with an apprentice stylist. Brooklyn, the trainee, was upfront and transparent as soon as the client sat down, which is exactly what a professional in training should do. She was kind, respectful, and handled herself very well. When confusion arose, Juli stepped away from my service multiple times to calmly address the situation and clarify what had been booked. She explained the apprentice pricing structure and tried to find a reasonable solution. There was no hostility — only an effort to manage a misunderstanding while still supporting her apprentice and maintaining professionalism. No color was applied and no service was performed. Once it was clear expectations did not align, ending the appointment was the most appropriate and professional decision. Continuing under tension would not have served anyone well. In over two decades as her client, I have consistently experienced integrity, patience, and care from Juli and her salon. She runs a professional business and supports her team as they grow in their craft. One scheduling misunderstanding should not overshadow years of exceptional service. I will continue to recommend her without hesitation.

From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with such a warm, friendly vibe that instantly puts you at ease. The space is beautiful, clean, and relaxing—truly a place where you can unwind. The stylists are incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and genuinely listen to what you want. I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. This salon consistently goes above and beyond—exceptional service, top-tier skill, and a team that truly cares about their clients. I had done a terrible at home bleaching job to my hair and had over processed it which completely fried some parts of my hair off, I had called on Monday to ask if there was availability for me to come in and they booked me an appointment 4 days later! So they were able to fit me in that SAME week. (Already a good sign) My hair stylist name was Brooklyn! She did an absolute phenomenal job and reassured me throughout my whole service that she would be able to fix my hair and make me feel confident again and gained 100% of my trust, which I DONT regret. I walked into the salon with severely fried damaged hair as well as low confidence and walked out looking like a whole new person with a beautiful haircut, she truly saved my hair. If you or anyone you know is having problems with damaged hair/ wanting to gain more confidence I HIGHLY recommend to book your appointment with Brooklyn it is definitely worth the pricing and the time!!💕💕
